I first got into making MySpace layouts last year because somebody posted a link to Iron Spider on the MySpace forum and all of a sudden I started getting all these emails from people asking for help customizing their MySpace profiles.
At the time I didn't even know what MySpace was but I was starting to hear more and more about it all the time.
So instead of just repeatedly replying to all the emails with what was starting to be a canned response, i.e....
"Sorry I don't know the first thing about MySpace. I can't help you with your profile..."
...I decided to look into it this whole social networking phenomenon and well... here I am a year later wrapped up in this MySpace thing like you wouldn't believe.

FREE MYSPACE WEB LAYOUTS - PREVIEW
When I first started exploring the whole free MySpace layout scene, I was absolutely appalled at the endless parade of gaudy no-talent atrocities that some of these sites were attempting to foist off as something that would make your MySpace profile look better.
I refused to believe that MySpace was ruled by teenagers (which is something I discovered is a complete myth and this is a common misconception maintained to this very day). Moreover, I refused to believe that even some teenagers did not want something better in the way of a premade web layout to decorate their profiles with.
I decided right away that:
- I wasn't going to just rip a whole bunch of Jessica Alba and Tupac photos, spend five minutes jamming out a little bit of CSS and then slap the whole mess up on the internet and call them 'MySpace layouts'.
- I would always strive to create layouts that I would be proud to use on my own MySpace profile.
And so I began...
The preview you see here is part of the first batch of free layouts I made for MySpace web pages and features my original custom contact box with a translucent mouseover effect (which —as far as I know— has yet to be repeated anywhere else on the web).

But you can make your MySpace profile even more professional looking by purchasing the right to remove the tag and text link and by making a whole bunch of advanced customizations. You can do all this quickly and easily with:
