Terms and Conditions

The following terms, conditions and disclaimers apply to the Iron Spider MySpace Layouts Link Removal License :
  1. The license is granted and in effect upon confirmation of payment.
  2. The license entitles the licensee to use any Iron Spider MySpace layout free of Iron Spider promo links on a single MySpace URL as specified at the time of purchase.
  3. Iron Spider promo links are defined as any hyperlinked text or hyperlinked images leading back to any page at the Iron Spider Web Design and Resource Center. (Iron Spider promo links are preinstalled in all Iron Spider MySpace layout codes.)
  4. Each new and individual MySpace URL requesting link removal privileges requires a new and separate Link Removal License.
  5. The licensee may retain the license in perpetuity for the MySpace URL specified at the time of purchase. (No renewal is required.)
  6. The licensor accepts no liability caused by:

    1. the termination of the licensee's MySpace account whether by choice of the licensee or by force from MySpace.com due to violation of MySpace.com terms of service.
    2. the cessation of MySpace.com social networking services.
    3. the cessation of MySpace user privileges to fully customize MySpace profiles by means of inserting embedded CSS stylesheets into user input text boxes supplied on MySpace user account 'Edit Profile' screens.
  7. All Iron Spider MySpace layout codes and Iron Spider MySpace background images remain and shall remain © Copyrighted material of Robert Darrell, 2006-2008
  8. Distribution of any and all Iron Spider MySpace layout codes and Iron Spider MySpace background images remains and shall remain strictly forbidden.
  9. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Iron Spider MySpace layouts are fully tested on regular MySpace profiles and MySpace Music profiles (a.k.a., band profiles). However, as of this writing, Iron Spider MySpace layouts are NOT tested or guaranteed compatible with MySpace Comedy profiles or MySpace Film profiles.
