TERMS OF USE

First of all, thanks for visiting my site and expressing an interest in using one of my Twitter backgrounds. All my backgrounds are free to use but there are a couple of simple of terms of use.

These are:

1. My Twitter backgrounds are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
   
   PERSONAL USE MEANS you may use one of my backgrounds on your own personal Twitter page, be it a profile promoting your business, your profession, your band or whatever.
   
   PERSONAL USE DOES NOT MEAN including one or more of my backgrounds in a collection of other Twitter backgrounds on your website or anywhere else for that matter.
   
   The bottom line is...
   
   The reproduction, distribution, sale or lease of any of these background images is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
2. As you may or may not have noticed, all my Twitter backgrounds are tagged (and as unobtrusively as possible I might add) with words design by ironspider.ca somewhere on the background.
   
   And the bottom line here is...
   
   It is strictly forbidden to remove the "design by ironspider.ca" tag.
   
   Period.
   
   Now this is probably a moot point but I'm saying it just for the record. And I say moot point because, quite frankly, if you have the skills to remove that tag then you have the skills to make your own background. Right?
